pregnant. When a woman's period stop, she becomes pregnant. In early days of
pregnancy women feel anxiety, nausea and sometimes vomiting.

Some
women become exhausted and want to asleep all the time. The breast enlarges
because of milk.
·
Many
women get some minor abdominal cramping. Some experience bloating sharp pains
and sickness.
·
Several
women had vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy.
This may be a sign that the pregnancy is going to miscarry.
·
As
the belly size increases, the weight of women increases therefore they lose
their balance while walking and working. In this situation most of the women
feel backache.
·
It
has been seen most women especially trimester feel headache because of hormonal
change in body.
What to do and not to do while having pregnancy?
There
are not hard and fast rules about what to do and what not to do during
pregnancy. But some safety measure can improve your baby health.
What to do while having pregnancy?
Make an Appointment with Gynecologist
As
you come to know you are pregnant, book an appointment with gynecologist. When
you will meet gynecologist, she will ask about your medical history, including
any previous pregnancy and living style. She will guide you how to look after
yourself and take balance diet. She will measure your blood pressure, height
and weight to calculate your body mass index.
Take daily folic acid Supplement
Take
at least one folic acid tablet daily because it contains essential nutrients
that protects your baby against spinal cord problems. Folic acid prevents birth
defects known as neural tube defect such as spina bifida.it uses in the first
weeks when brain and spinal cord are forming.
Take Rest
Take
rest as much as you can, and take balance diet having all essential nutrients
for good health. Do not carry heavy things and avoid performing difficult
household tasks. Do not sit on feets or stand for too long.
Most
women continue with their daily routine life without minor changes in life
style. The health and well-being of both mother and developing fetus are of
primary concern during pregnancy, so it’s crucial to avoid certain foods and
doing potential risky activities.
What to avoid during pregnancy?
Avoid Drinking Alcohol
Avoid
drinking beer, alcohol, wine, liquor and other alcoholic drinks during
pregnancy. Because, when a pregnant woman drinks alcohol, it passes from blood
and crosses through placenta and can affect the fetus that may harm baby brain.
Eating Certain Foods
Balance
diet is necessary for a pregnant woman but some foods should avoid, either due
to change in in their sense or smell or because the food makes them feel ill. In
your daily mail plan, try to incorporate. Do not eat seafoods, raw eggs and
