Summer Care For Kids
As we all know summer is exciting time for kids. They are off from school, weather is nice and so many outdoor activities are available for them. But often kids bring germs home from outdoor activities, which cause sickness and other issue. If we pay little extra attention to our kids then we can save them from getting sick. They can enjoy all summer with fun.
Here are some helpful tips:
1. Always tell kids to wash their hands and feet when, they come home from outdoor activities.
2. Add More veggies and fruits in their diet. Fruit which contain more water like watermelon, cantaloupe, cheers and any other fruit they like to eat.
3. Also tell kids to drink more water. Make flavoured water for them , add fruits like grapes, cheers and orange in their water.
4. When is too hot outside give kids some indoor activities, like help them to organize their closet and their toys so they don't only watch tv but do some work as well and learn how to be organized ?
5. Make sure kids eat their multivitamins daily . If kids don't like eating Multivitamins than get them gummy bears Multivitamins which taste good and kids love to eat them.
6. Another good tips is keeping sanitizer at home close to door incase kids don't wash their hand after outdoor activities, you can use sanitizer to clean their hand. Also keep first aid kit home because often when kids play outdoor, they fall and get hurt . If you have first aid at home then you can give them a quick treatment at home before going to hospital.
7. Last but not the least, always check your kids temperature once in a week , incase kid is getting sick we can prepare our self in advance. I suggest to use non touch thermometer so, it will not irritated your kid while you checking their temperature.
